Welcome to Jeff Way Training

Jeff Way Training is now part of the Jeff Way group and was formally known as Bristol Technical Training Ltd.

Jeff Way Training remains an AM2 assessment center licensed by the NET who develops and administers Assessments of Occupational Competence (AOC) on behalf of the electrotechnical and electrical engineering industries in the UK. As the final unit of the electrical installation qualification, the AM2 has provided the means of independently assessing the occupational competence of electrical installation apprentices for more than 30 years.

The AM2 is compulsory for apprentices, adult trainees or upskilling workers who seek to gain industry recognized qualified status; raising overall safety and skill levels and ensuring that candidates from various routes have the skills employers need. Please visit our dedicated AM2 assessment page for further details about the assessment.

Jeff Way Training is now taking reservations for the Advanced Assessment of Competence (AAC) – an assessment for those seeking to be regraded and work as an Approved Electrician under the Joint Industry Board (JIB) grading. Please visit our dedicated AAC page on the top menu bar.

Jeff Way Training also remains an approved City & Guilds training centre which allows us to deliver relevant accredited City & Guilds electrical courses to the industry. Please visit our dedicated Electrical training page for further details of courses available.
